#4 Samoa Joe

Joe as Universal Champion? Yes, please!
Joe as Universal Champion? Yes, please!

Samoa Joe had a dominant run on Raw when he first debuted on the main roster. He attacked Seth Rollins, pinned Roman Reigns and won a fatal 5-way match at Extreme Rules in 2017 to earn a shot at then Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar. The two faced off in the main event of the inaugural Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view, where Lesnar retained.

Joe got another shot at the title at SummerSlam in the same year in a fatal 4-way match involving Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and then Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. Even though Joe was unsuccessful in capturing the title several times, anything is possible now and with Joe now part of the red brand once again, another shot at the Universal Championship could very well be in his horoscope.

The Samoan Submission Machine is currently the United States Champion and with his rumored feud with Braun Strowman, he could drop the title to the Monster Among Men and move on to the Universal title picture once again. Joe will be a far better Universal Champion than the previous champion. Fans will surely be happy if this happens.
