Rousey was a bonafide star before her arrival in WWE and her push was something every fan saw coming.
WWE will want to utilize her star power to the fullest while she is under contract. Hence, it makes perfect sense for Rousey to be pushed even in 2019.
She could even finish the year as the RAW Women’s Champion and cement her place as one of the greatest of all-time.

Rollins’ in-ring work keeps getting better as he is now capable of putting good matches with just about anyone.
Rollins had some time away from the main event scene in 2018 and it only helped catapult his career.
He took a back seat to Roman Reigns in 2018 and now with Reigns’ absence, WWE may turn to ‘The Kingslayer’ to carry them into their future.
Rollins has a great gimmick and is quite marketable amongst the WWE Universe. Hence, pushing him makes perfect sense from a wrestling fan’s perspective as well as a business perspective.

Rollins is also one of the few men on the current roster who can hold his own against Brock Lesnar and even emerge victorious.
That being said, 2019 could be the year where Seth Rollins climbs back to the top of the mountain.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
