Randy Orton refusing to work Smackdown full time, Vince's demands from The Viper

Randy Orton

It was reported earlier that Randy Orton has been asking for time off from the WWE as he has been unhappy over his current role.

The issues seem to continue has he has been upset further by the fact that he was chosen to face the loser of John Cena vs Dean Ambrose match. Vince McMahon reportedly agreed to give him a bigger push but won’t allow The Viper any time off from the company, mainly due to the current roster issues.

The lack of roster depth has troubled the WWE officials as injuries and departures of several stars has decreased the quality and depth. The star power has been at a low and the weakest since the last 10 years and Vince has accepted that which has prompted him to add more star power to the top of the card.

It has also been reported that Vince expects Orton to work more and doesn’t want to commit to a stronger push if he’s not willing to work full time. Orton was apparently asked by officials to start working SmackDown tapings full time and but he refused to do so.
