#2 Kofi Kingston

Kofi Kingston is the first of two men to hold the UpUpDownDown title consecutively with a championship in the WWE. Kingston won the WWE belt at WrestleMania 2019 when he defeated Daniel Bryan, following a struggle that went from Kingston's heartbreaking loss at Elimination Chamber to his eventual victory at WrestleMania for the title.
On May 22, 2019, Kofi Kingston would defeat the reigning UpUpDownDown Champion, Jack Gallagher comfortably in Mortal Kombat. Despite the General Manager, Xavier Woods, granting the champion an extra life. The reigning WWE Champion would be the first double champion in UpUpDownDown history.

Kofi would lose his UpUpDownDown title to Jey Uso after successfully defending it against Jimmy Uso, Rusev, and fellow New Day member Big E.
Kofi finally lost the title in the Helsinki leg of the WWE's European tour. Kofi's reign as double champion ended when Jey Uso swiftly defeated the champion at Tetris in three straight games.
