Last night saw the debut of TNA on its new broadcast partner POP TV, as they put out a show with the “Best Of” special featuring highlights from the past year. The episode drew 111,000 viewers.
The slot that lead in to into debut show, which aired a rerun of soap opera Days of Our Lives drew 211,000 viewers at 8pm EST, while an airing of the 1991 movie Point Break at 11pm EST drew 129,000 viewers.
TNA will air part 2 of the “Best Of” special next Tuesday night on POP.
In the meanwhile, TNA is set to kick off 2016 with a return to PPV, titled “One Night Only: Live!” pay-per-view from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on Friday, January 8th at 8pm EST. While the PPV would be available live in the US and Canada, it will be aired in the UK on January 12th and a week later in other countries.

“It’s a dawn of a new era, where anything can and will happen. For one night only, the stars of ImpactWrestling discover what 2016 has in store.”
This pay-per-view is set to air three days after the debut of Impact! Wrestling’s debut on POP TV.
