WWE Raw Before Fastlane: 5 Last-Minute Predictions

Last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw genuinely astonished the WWE Universe. Not only did we see Roman Reigns and Batista returning to Raw but Ronda Rousey also relinquished her Women’s Title.

This week’s Raw is going to be the final episode of the show before Fastlane pay-per-view and the WWE will definitely try doing something unusual. There have been a lot of talks regarding this episode and today, I am also going to put my two cents in.

So let’s look at 5 last-minute predictions for the go-home episode of Raw before Fastlane.

#5 WWE teases another Shield reunion which will happen at Fastlane

The Shield should reunite at WWE Fastlane

The Shield teased a potential reunion last week when Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins came to save their brother Dean Ambrose from The Corbin Alliance. Even though Ambrose didn’t make amends for his actions, fans still believe that The Shield could reunite on this Raw.

And to pump their heartbeat, rumors are also saying the same. However, I don’t think (or believe) that The Shield is going to reunite on Raw. A recent WWE advertisement revealed that Reigns and Rollins could face Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin at Fastlane.

It will be the final stop for the Road To ‘Mania and I, seriously, am getting some reunion vibe from this PPV. Even though Raw will also be a great place to reunite The Hounds Of Justice, Fastlane seriously needs to showcase something precious that the fans will never want to miss.

#4 Charlotte Flair returns to Raw and tries to get her hands on the Raw Women’s Championship

This past week on Raw, Becky Lynch attacked Ronda Rousey during her against The Riott Squad. This time, Lynch’s attack was not the highlight of this segment as what Rousey did seriously become a matter of extensive public discussion.

Now fans are thinking whether or not Rousey has genuinely relinquished her title or it was just a step taken on anger. However, I believe that the WWE will do something unusual regarding the Raw Women’s Championship.

Last week on Smackdown, Charlotte called herself the uncrowned champion and said that Lynch and Rousey fear her. And, I think that it was said on purpose.

From the past few weeks, Vince McMahon is doing things that are generating serious heat for him. So I assume that this week, Charlotte will return to Raw and try to get her hands on the Raw Women’s Championship which was relinquished by Rousey last week.

It is also possible that Vince could crown her as the new Women’s Champion of Raw. Undoubtedly, it will create a riot among the WWE Universe.

#3 WWE confirms Finn Balor’s opponent for Fastlane

Who will face Finn Balor?

Finn Balor defended his Intercontinental Championship against Lio Rush last week and also retained it. Rush promised Lashley that he will somehow manage to get him a rematch for this title but things aren't going good for The Hype Man. It has now a question that who will face Balor at Fastlane for the title.

If the unannounced Shield vs. Corbin Alliance is going to happen at Fastlane then, there’s no way Lashley is going to get this match. In that case, WWE will have to find a new opponent for the Demon King.

I think that a recent NXT call up is going to face Balor for the Intercontinental Championship but it may not happen. Balor recently won the title from Lashley and if he loses it soon then his momentum will be lost. The same could be said for Superstars who recently came from the NXT.

However, if Lashley isn't going to face The Shield at Fastlane then he could face Balor and end this feud. And we can expect it to be revealed on Raw.

#2 Ronda Rousey attacks Stephanie McMahon

Last week, Ronda Rousey demanded that Becky Lynch should be reinstated to the ‘Mania match. However, Stephanie McMahon denied her request and then Ronda relinquished her title. Now, what’s next?

I think that Ronda Rousey could try to punish The Lady Boss for not granting her request. It is likely that Stephanie McMahon will come to Raw and the situation regarding the WWE Raw Women’s Championship picture.

I don’t know what she will say but I believe that there would be some sort of confrontation between Ronda Rousey and her. It is possible that The Baddest Women On The Planet will attack Stephanie after she says something intolerable. Ronda has done it before and there’s no doubt why she can’t do this again. It will only do well to the entire Lynch-Rousey rivalry.

#1 Triple H calls out Batista and then gets attacked by him

This should happen

WWE announced that there will be Ric Flair’s birthday celebration on last week’s Raw but it didn’t happen. No, they didn’t lie to us as it was Batista who spoiled everything.

The Animal returned to Raw and attacked Flair in his locker room so that he could get Triple H’s attention. This is a match that the fans were expecting to happen from a long time but Triple H’s unexpected injury last year changed everything. However, now it seems like The Game is ready to return to the ring.

The WWE already teased Batista vs. Triple H at ‘Mania and it is likely that he will call out the former World Champion on Raw. Last week, The Animal attacked Ric Flair and now, he could attack the 14 WWE Xhampion HHH.
