Chris Jericho announced himself the greatest WWF Champion of all time and said he had earned the night off and left the arena.

As he drove away in his brand new Bentley, a pickup truck drove into the side of him. It was Stone Cold. Austin battered Jericho and left him laying before leaving the scene.

Shane McMahon raced outside and advised he would call the police.

The nWo announced that Stone Cold had just made a massive mistake and he better hope the police catch up to him before they do.

Sting beat Kurt Angle.

It was announced that the European Title would be unified into the Hardcore Title on Smackdown.

Lance Storm defeated a returning William Regal. After the bout, Regal turned his back on Team WWF and said if he can't beat them, then he will join them and pledged allegiance to the Alliance.

The nWO beat The Rock, Undertaker and Kane in a six-man tag team match in the main event.

Smackdown - November 29, 2001

In a bid to entice Stone Cold back into the arenas, Shane McMahon announced that Chris Jericho will defend the WWF Championship versus Austin on next week's RAW if Stone Cold shows up.

He said the Alliance had dropped all charges against Austin so he has no reason not to be there.

He also announced that Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman had made a full recovery from Austin's assault and Jericho would be ready to go by Monday night.

Booker T will also return at Vengeance.

The Dudleyz challenged The Hardyz to a title match at Vengeance.

Lita and Trish Stratus defeated Jazz and Francine.

Rob Van Dam beat Christian to unify the Hardcore and European titles.
