Ric Flair paid tribute to Roddy Piper, who died today, exactly a year ago. The legendary Canadian, who's in-ring "Rowdy" character was one of the most entertaining one to be seen in the history of professional wrestling and lead to Ric Flair calling him "the most gifted entertainer in the history of professional wrestling".
Ric Flair took to Twitter to pay tribute to his friend, he said "A year ago today I lost one of my best friends and the world lost one of its best men. I miss you Roddy. #RIPRoddy"

Roddy Piper, with his kilt and bagpipe entrance music, was one of the crowd favourites throughout his WWF and WCW career. His charisma inside the ring, the entertainment he provided was almost unparalleled for a heel during 90's.
WWE paid a fitting tribute to him after his death last year, with the whole of the main roster observing a moment of silence in the memory of the famous trash-talker.
