Ricardo Rodriguez suspended by the WWE for violating wellness policy

WWE superstar and Alberto Del Rio‘s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez was recently suspended by the company for a 30 day period after the former was found guilty of violating WWE’s Wellness Policy.

WWE made the following announcement on their website:

“In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Jesús Rodríguez (Ricardo Rodriguez) for 30 days effective immediately for his first violation of the company’s policy.”

Rumours are doing rounds that Rodriguez was suspended over the apparent use of ‘fat burners’. This is certainly not good news for the WWE who had to recently deal with Jack Swagger’s drug use related arrest as well.
