#4 Sting reportedly heading to AEW
WWE Hall of Famer Sting is reportedly done with WWE as per recent reports. There had been a lot of speculation about what the future may hold for the former multi-time World Champion once he leaves WWE.
Reports indicated that The Icon will be heading to AEW soon. As per the Observer (via Cageside Seats), these rumors may, in fact, be true and there is a strong chance that Sting is AEW bound.
Per the Observer, there does seem to be something to the talk of Sting possibly going to AEW.
The rumors started with AEW vice-president Cody posting a cryptic Tweet which indicated that he is interested in bringing The Stinger onboard once he was done with WWE.
Sting has not been allowed to enter active in-ring competition due to injury issues and has not had many matches in his short WWE career, so it will be interesting to see if he joins AEW as an in-ring competitor or in a role like Jake Roberts and Arn Anderson currently have with the company.
