#4. Apollo Crews to turn heel and join MVP's stable
Apollo Crews has returned from obscurity and risen to be a promising prospect yet again in recent weeks as WWE has surprisingly given him a lot of TV time. The Superstar is deservedly getting a push and as per Dave Meltzer, Crews could be heading for a big heel turn.
Meltzer revealed in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the idea of Crews joining MVP's heel stable has been discussed, however, it's not the only plan that could be in the works for Crews.
Meltzer noted the following:
Crews was giving off heel tendencies on last week’s Raw and it’s been speculated he will be part of a stable headed by MVP that would also include Brendan Vink & Shane Thorne. We’ve been given the impression that is one of several options considered for Crews but it is not necessarily the end direction.
Crews is currently out with a storyline injury but he should be back on RAW after Money in the Bank. The plan of having a stable led by MVP with Brandan Vink, Shane Thorne, and Apollo Crews sounds good on paper and it could do a world of good for Apollo's immediate future and push.
