Sami Zayn could become a double champion at WWE SummerSlam 2025. The Canadian superstar defeated Penta, Bron Breakker and Dominik Mysterio on WWE RAW this week to qualify for the next round of the King of the Ring tournament.
SummerSlam is a two-night event this year, and these two nights could change Sami Zayn's career. Zayn could win the World Heavyweight Championship and the Intercontinental Championship at this year's Biggest Party of the Summer. Here's how it could happen:
WWE could book the Canadian superstar to win the King of the Ring at Night of Champions. This would lead to him challenging Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. Zayn could pull off his WrestleMania XL antics again and beat the Ring General to win his first-ever World Title.

Last night, he also pinned Dominik Mysterio to progress to the next round of the KOTR tournament. This could eventually lead to an Intercontinental Championship match and dethroning Dominik Mysterio to win the working man's title.
With SummerSlam being two nights this year, Zayn could be on double duty for a single event. John Cena will most likely main event Night Two in a match for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Last night on Monday Night RAW, Sami Zayn defeated Penta, Bron Breakker and Dominik Mysterio to qualify for the next round of the King of the Ring. Following his victory, Kross came backstage to have a few words with Zayn.
The former NXT Champion applauded the Canadian superstar on his victory. He also praised Sami for using Knight's attack on Breakker as an advantage to help him win. Karrion Kross claimed this was the real Sami Zayn, a master manipulator.
"The best part is... you took my message to heart. You used LA Knight to get ahead."
The segment ended with Zayn not being happy about Kross' comments. He claimed he won because he was good enough on the night. He also claimed he is good enough to deal with Kross if the former NXT Champion interferes in his business. Lastly, Zayn also mentioned he will become World Heavyweight Champion because he knows he is good enough to do it.
Karrion Kross has tried to lure many superstars to dive into their dark side and eventually join him. His latest attempt to convert someone is Sami Zayn, however, that doesn't look too positive at this moment.
