Will the Architect find a way past Joe?
A few tentative kicks began the encounter but Joe finds Rollins with hard right hands. After a bit of back and forth, the action spilt outside the ring, following which Rollins hit Joe with a dive from the barricade.
As the action returned to the ring, Joe rolled out only to find Rollins following him with a suicide dive through the ropes. However, Joe regained control by going after his opponent's after which he dived through the ropes right onto Rollins.
Joe continued to go after the knee with a flying school bus and a dragon across the middle rope. He then continued the onslaught with a Senton right on Rollins’ knee. Although Rollins fought back with a few slaps to the chest, Joe connected with an Enzuguri which gave him control yet again.
After a huge spell of Joe dominating, Seth connected with a kick and neck breaker. He then climbed to the top rope only to be caught by Joe who planted him to the mat, followed by a kneebar.
Rollins struggled but finally found the rope. Joe then hit the pop-up powerbomb followed by the Clover Leaf submission but the Architect found the bottom rope yet again.
After Joe continued to dominate and dictate the pace of the fight, Rollins hit the Swingblade, followed by the Enzuguri and the Blockbuster of the top rope. However, Rollins seemed to have hurt his knee on impact.
Joe tried to take advantage with a running senton to the knee yet again but Rollins rolled out of the way just in time and hit his opponent with a kick to the face. Rollins climbed to the top rope only to be stopped by Joe but then hit the falcon arrow. He then took to the third rope and dove in only for Joe to kick out.
After a few hard right hands from Joe, Rollins countered with an Enzuguri. Joe then caught the Architect with the Coquina Clutch which Seth worked his way out of by transitioning into a cover. Joe caught him with the same move yet again after a clothesline. However, Rollins was successful in transitioning to the quick pin this time to win the match.
