#3. Finn Balor defeated Cesaro in WWE's King of the Ring tournament

The final match of WWE SmackDown saw Finn Balor and Cesaro compete as part of the King of the Ring Tournament. It was odd seeing two babyfaces compete after failing to win the Universal Championship this year.

Balor tried to take his opponent with offense until Cesaro sent him outside the ring with a big uppercut. The Swiss Superman strongly dominated the bout until Balor bounced back with a Slingblade.

Balor prepared to hit the Coup de Grace, but Cesaro jumped up and hit a huge superplex off the top rope, followed by a crossface. The Prince managed to break free and sent Cesaro into the ring post.

A shotgun dropkick helped The Prince set up the Coup de Grace for the win. Both men deserved to progress in the King of the Ring tournament, but SmackDown could only afford to push one forward.

Balor has the momentum to win the tournament at Crown Jewel. WWE will be looking for a big name to take home the crown, and The Prince could become The King at the show.
