WWE/TNA News: TNA signs Chelsea Green, former Tough Enough participant

Chelsea Green to start a new career in TNA

Despite the fall in business for TNA, and with many top stars splitting ways with the company, it still has some saviours. The company has signed some of the former WWE superstars like Drew Galloway, Bobby Lashley, Jeff hardy and Matt Hardy.

Recently, TNA has signed former WWE Tough Enough participant of last season, Chelsea Green. Her WWE journey ended when she fell short of getting her hands on the contract. She is the second to be signed by TNA from the last season following Raquel.

The season of Tough Enough was won by Sara Lee and Joshua ‘Josh’ Bredl. Amanda Saccomanno and ZZ were the runner-ups of the season. Along with the winners, ZZ was also signed by the WWE.

In the past, many WWE wrestlers have participated in Tough Enough competition like The Miz, Ryback, and John Morrison. Only some have succeeded in the WWE while others like Matt Morgan have made it to TNA and other promotions.

In the past, many wrestlers have left TNA because of the downfall of the company and the financial problems it’s facing. The likes of Sting, Samoa Joe, Eric Young, Rhyno and Austin Aries all made a jump from TNA to WWE.
