Enjoy this collection of 10 incredible matches

The internet is awesome and that's why everyone should love, cherish, and protect its existence. (You should also visit Sportskeeda at least ten times a day.) Not only is the information superhighway an excellent place to find recipes, pictures of cats dressed up like Harry Potter, and life hacks, but some of the best rare pro wrestling matches exist online if you know where to find it.

That is where this list comes in. We've collected 10 rare matches from current and former WWE Superstars that you really need to see. These are full matches by the way, so it might be best to bookmark this one and come back later to take it all in because you're going to want to see all of these.

1) Shinsuke Nakamura vs Finn Balor

Th
Who wants to see this match actually happen in WWE?

Everyone wants to see this match go down in a WWE ring. After all, for the short time they locked horns at Survivor Series, they stole the show. But Finn Balor and Shinsuke Nakamura actually had it out before and it was an epic contest.

If you can't wait to see this match go down in a WWE ring then you can always watch this awesome contest and imagine just how much better it will be years later.

2) CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan

CM
Should CM Punk come back to pro wrestling?

ROH played host to some incredible matches as they were a breeding ground for amazing talent and still continue to put on some of the best pro wrestling shows in North America. But Daniel Bryan and CM Punk with Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat as special referee was pretty amazing for sure.

It's strange how Punk and Bryan's careers took them in different directions that might eventually wind up on the same path. Daniel Bryan wants to wrestle again so he might have to leave WWE in order to do so if they won't clear him. On the other hand, CM Punk left WWE because he got tired of so many things. If this dream match would eventually happen again in ROH it wouldn't be too surprising, but one thing's for sure this contest lives on the internet and is amazing to watch anytime you have the chance. Let's just hope WWE's doctors clear Daniel Bryan so all WWE has to do is persuade CM Punk to come back to make this match happen again.

3) Brock Lesnar vs Shinsuke Nakamura

He's
He's always been dangerous

Before Nakamura was known as The King Of Strong Style, he was still finding himself in New Japan. It was around this time that Brock Lesnar was in NJPW running roughshod over the roster. This match isn't pretty but it is certainly worth a watch because if anything, it will make you want to see these two collide in today's pro wrestling landscape.

There's a story that when Shinsuke Nakamura first got to the WWE Performance Center a bunch of guys were sitting around watching this match on purpose so Nakamura would see them.

Apparently, he told them to stop watching it and we can see why. Nakamura might not be too proud of this match, but it happened and can never be taken back. But like previously stated, it should really make fans want to see The Beat Incarnate and The Artist lock horns so they can see a true test of the F5 vs the Kinshasa in WWE.

4) AJ Styles vs Kevin Owens

He's always b
He's always been Phenomenal...

If you thought these two worked pretty well together in WWE during their recent battle for the United States title because they were so familiar with each other, then you would be very correct. AJ Styles and Kevin Owens have been delighting audiences for quite a while now and every time they step into the ring with each other it's something awesome.

If you'd like to watch their first-ever encounter twelve-years-ago, you can check that out here, but this contest comes from House Of Hardcore back in 2014. You can tell why these two continued to dominate once they jumped to WWE and it's super fun to watch them go at it in an environment not owned by Vince McMahon and Company.

5) Daniel Bryan vs Cesaro

This
This match was simply amazing

Cesaro might have been known as Claudio Castagnoli in 2005 when he locked up with Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan) at IWA Mid-South's 2005 Ted Petty Invitational in Hammond, Indiana but they brought an A-level performance for sure. It's easy to see why these two were and still are regarded as two of the best pro wrestlers on the planet.

But both of them have suffered somewhat due to WWE's booking. Cesaro is more of a tag team specialist now and while it suites him well because The Swiss Superman is able to do a lot of great things in a partnership, he's still capable of so much more. This match with Daniel Bryan vs Cesaro is outstanding and will make you not only wish Bryan could wrestle again, but also that Cesaro would be allowed to wrestle at a higher level in WWE's singles division.

6) The Undertaker vs Jerry Lawler

Ho
How well do you know him before he was The Undertaker?

Even before he was The Undertaker in WWE or Mean Mark Callous in WCW, the soon-to-be Deadman was known as The Master Of Pain in the USWA.The Master Of Pain was straight out of prison after serving five years for killing two men in a fight. He spent much of that time in solitary confinement and upon his release from incarceration, he acquired the services of Dutch Mantel to manage him as a pro wrestler. Mantel would later be known as Zeb Colter on WWE programming which adds another cool notch to this match's belt.

This classic match from 1989 shows the man who would later be known as The Undertaker colliding with another man we all know too well, Jerry "The King" Lawler. Although the quality of this tape might have diminished slightly through the years, this is still a great piece of wrestling history and a testament to old-school storytelling.

7) AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe

T
This match would be epic on any stage

These two are quite magical in the ring together and although the WWE Universe hasn't been treated to this wonderful match just yet, it might only be a matter of time before AJ Styles and Samoa Joe are headlining a pay-per-view together.

These two Impact Wrestling alumni battled at Turning Point in 2005 and it was an amazing contest. But with The Phenomenal One and the Samoan Submission Machine still doing their thing we can only hope fans will be treated to this amazing match on a big WWE stage sooner or later.

8) Eddie Guerrero vs Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk

This matc
This match was something special

When you see that a match like this took place you would automatically expect that it was in front of thousands of people in a packed arena like it deserves, but you'd be wrong. Guerrero, Mysterio, and Punk collided for the IWA World Heavyweight Championship in a three-way dance inside a packed Indianapolis, Indiana gymnasium.

It's also notable because Mysterio is unmasked from the get-go but that plays a huge backseat to the amazing pro wrestling found in this contest. CM Punk was champion going into this encounter but he had his hands full during this 2002 encounter. In the end, (spoiler) Eddie Guerrero came out victorious to hold the IWA World Heavyweight Championship up high while every man in this incredible match garnered a ton of respect from this packed crowd.

9) Kassius Ohno vs Hideo Itami

Ente
Hideo Itami can wrestle anybody, not just Cruiserweights...

Before Kassius Ohno and Hideo Itami started doing their thing in NXT, they were known as Chris Hero and Kenta respectively on the world's independent wrestling scene. But just because they had different names didn't mean they were any less dangerous.

These two might be the most underutilized members of WWE's developmental territory but since Hideo Itami is being called up to 205 Live, maybe that means a change is coming for the master of the GTS. But unfortunately, Ohno is still floundering in NXT. But at least we have treasures like this to enjoy before WWE had these guys and they were free to demonstrate their ability at a highly superior level. All I can say is: enjoy, my friends.

10) Ultimate Warrior vs Orlando Jordan

T
The Ultimate Warrior' s spirit will run wild forever...

Here is a real treat for you for being awesome enough to travel through this whole list with us. Therefore, please enjoy The Ultimate Warrior's final wrestling match back in 2008. Warrior was dealing with a bad knee and couldn't work much, but he and Jordan still brought everything they could in Barcelona, Spain for Nu-Wrestling Evolution.

You can tell that he lost some steps, but the spark of The Warrior still ran deep in the WWE Hall Of Famer as he battled JBL's former associate in front of a packed arena in Spain. You could argue this match went on too long, but being nearly thirty minutes it could very well be one of Warrior's longest contests. It's certainly worth a watch not only for the historical significance of being The Warrior's last match but so you can see The Ultimate Warrior without his signature long hair a bit less electricity against someone you might never have thought he'd wrestle.
