Since 1984, the legendary Hulk Hogan has been thrilling audiences worldwide. The larger than life entertainer has grown professional wrestling into a billion-dollar bonanza and a global phenomenon.

In his prime, Hulk Hogan had all the right moves. Of course, even wrestling's biggest name had some embarrassing moments. The most recent one came in at the 35th anniversary of WrestleMania.

It wasn't long ago that the Hulkster botched the name of the Superdome back in 2014 when he pronounced it as The Silverdome. Hogan made his return to WWE WrestleMania once again last night and called MetLife Stadium “the Silverdome” and then he said that he was kidding. Then he said it’s great to be in MetLife Center.

These aren't the only times Hogan has been embarrassed on Live TV, so let's take a look at the four most embarrassing moments of Hulk Hogan's career.

#3 Snubbed by 'Stone Cold Steve Austin' at the Hall of Fame 2006 ceremony

Here's a news flash - not all pro wrestlers get along. It's a very selfish ego driven business. And often, if you can't play backstage politics, you don't succeed. Hogan is known as a master backstage politician and has burned many bridges with several superstars. One of those guys is Stone Cold Steve Austin.

There is an unwritten rule in wrestling that you smile for the camera. No matter how much you hate a guy in the back, in front of the camera, you put on a show. For Austin to disrespect Hulk like that, it was embarrassing for both men. Hogan was obviously upset about the embarrassing snub, as he looked miserable the rest of the night.

In 2006, both wrestlers were a part of the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. As Hogan sat onstage with Jimmy Hart, "Stone Cold" was introduced to the crowd, as he was inducting Bret "Hitman" Hart into the Hall of Fame.

As Austin came on stage, he didn't acknowledge Hulk Hogan. And it wasn't a mistake, it was blatantly obvious. It was a huge smack on the face of the "American Made" superstar.

#2 Running for President

In one of Hulk Hogan's more bizarre publicity stunts in 1998, he announced he would be running for President of the United States of America.

Hulk Hogan made all the rounds on the late night talk show circuit, spouting nonsense and hyperbole. His interviews came off goofy. Not in a funny way, but in a 'how many times has this guy been dumped on his head' sort of way.

The publicity stunt didn't last long, as the headlines quickly dried up once they realized who he was. The Florida native returned to wrestling in 1999, and he resumed main-eventing almost every pay-per-view.

#1 The Dungeon of Doom

Hulk Hogan's cartoon likeness and storylines were a big hit for kids in the 80s. But by 1994, these kids were now teenage fans, and no one clamored for the cartoon storylines.

Obviously, Hulk didn't get the memo in time. In 1995, Hulk Hogan feuded with The Dungeon of Doom. The Dungeon of Doom was a stable of bad guys consisting of Kevin Sullivan, The Shark (Hulk's old friend, John Tenta), Meng (Hulk's old friend, Haku) and Zodiac (Hulk's old friend, Brutus Beefcake).

During one infamous promo, the Hulkster walked into a dark dungeon and proceeded to display some of his worst acting skills. Hulk's stale lines consisted of gems like "this water isn't hot!", and despite walking into the dungeon on his two feet, asked: "where am I?".

Despite all these embarrassing moments, Hulk Hogan remains one of the most beloved figures of all time. He's like the dopey uncle that makes up outrageous stories and exaggerations, and at the most, you take it all with a grain of salt, but the moment he's gone - you'll miss him forever.
