The Royal Rumble 2015 backlash would easily enter any lists involving the term "boo". The whole WWE universe wanted Daniel Bryan to win the Rumble and headline Wrestlemania 31, to reclaim the championship he never lost. However, he was eliminated rather quickly, triggering the entire arena to shower the remainder of the match with loud boos.
When Roman Reigns eliminated Rusev to win the Rumble, the boos were so loud that even the Rock couldn't save the day. The infamous hashtag "cancelWWEnetwork" made its birth at this event.
