Wait a minute, John Cena was just in Elimination Chamber 'Getting These Hands' just like everyone else (apart from Roman Reigns, obviously). So what's he doing at Fastlane? Well, the 'Free Agent' is advertised for the SmackDown PPV via posters on the WWE website.

Some of the current speculations suggest that he is going to force his way into a match against Shinsuke Nakamura with the WrestleMania title shot on the line. This is, of course, all part of Cena's currently storyline that sees him desperately attempt to get to WrestleMania.
The further speculation is that the match will be made by Daniel Bryan or Shane McMahon against the other one's wishes, meaning it will also be used to further that storyline.
