RAW Superstar The Miz is considered one of the best promos in the WWE today. However, an interesting tidbit was revealed in his WWE 24 documentary. The Miz stated that he had to apologize to Vince McMahon after he botched a promo in 2006 during the Diva search contest.

The 2-time WWE Champion revealed that after he forgot the diva search phone number on live television, he thought he was going to get fired. However, McMahon gave him sound advice and told him that he will get better with time. Miz revealed:

“And I walk back, I went over to Vince, I go, ‘I’m so sorry, I apologize, this will never happen again. I will make sure it will not happen again.’ He goes, ‘I know it won’t happen again.’''

Vince McMahon told The Miz to focus on bullet points. He also let him know that he would be doing the same thing on SmackDown that week. Miz continued:

''I know you will do better next time because you will have to do it next Friday.’ So it was like, ‘Oh, I’m not fired.’”

It has been reported by the Observer that Randy Orton may have suffered an injury during his match with Riddle last week on RAW. Riddle, the former US Champion, managed to pick up a surprise win over the multi-time WWE Champion.

This will likely set up a feud between the two men but that will depend on the extent of Randy Orton's injury. Riddle's win came as a surprise to many as The Original Bro suffered convincing defeats at the hands of Bobby Lashley and Sheamus recently.
