Triple H made a big mistake on WWE RAW this week and there’s no turning back

WWE RAW has been an enthralling joy ride lately, with Triple H creating many intriguing storylines. One of those involves Jey Uso becoming the Intercontinental Champion after dethroning Bron Breakker during last week's episode. The Dog of WWE appeared on the red brand for the first time tonight (October 1) since losing his title.

Bron Breakker interrupted Jey, who was in the middle of a promo celebrating his first singles title win. The crowd held its breath, expecting him to attack the new champion, but instead, he offered a congratulatory gesture. Has Triple H decided to turn Breakker babyface? If so, it's a decision that could be detrimental to the young upstart.

The WWE Universe was treated to one of the best heels in the company during Breakker's tear on WWE RAW. There's no going back if The Game has opted to try to make him a hero.

Triple H's handling of Bron Breakker has been questionable on WWE RAW

Triple H looked to be pushing Bron Breakker as a dominant champion when he won the Intercontinental Championship from Sami Zayn at SummerSlam. He destroyed anyone in his path, including Ricochet, who he sent packing from the company.

Breakker didn't care whether one was babyface or heel, if a star got in his way, they were often on the receiving end of a spear. Ilja Dragunov and Ludwig Kaiser fell victim to the former two-time NXT Champion's take-no-prisoners mindset.

This is why it's surprising to see Triple H take the title off Breakker after just 51 days. However, once Breakker turns to the good side, there may be no turning back and the star may lose the edge that made him so good as a heel. The former NXT Champion's dominant rise to the top could come to a crashing halt and he may also not be accepted by fans as a babyface.

The Game might be playing a red herring

Triple H has conjured up many surprises during his creative control of WWE, which might be the case with Bron Breakker. The promotion's Chief Content Officer is one for long-term storytelling, which might be his intent when using Breakker.

The 26-year-old could act humble to get close to Jey Uso before striking back and making his intentions clear. He wants his Intercontinental Championship back.

This might lead to a title match between Jey and Breakker at Crown Jewel on November 2. The latter might win his title back so Main Event Jey can head to SmackDown and join the ongoing Bloodline Civil War.

Breakker might be headed for a babyface run because of Bronson Reed's push

Bron Breakker's Intercontinental Championship run coincided with the start of Bronson Reed's monster push. The Australian powerhouse has similarly been wreaking havoc on WWE RAW, taking out Seth Rollins, who is still on the injury list.

Triple H might feel that their characters and stories are similar and want to ensure they stand out from one another. It might also lead to a feud between the pair to see which of the duo is the most dominant figure on Monday nights.

Bronson Reed is currently feuding with Braun Strowman but could turn his attention to Breakker later. Whoever comes out on top could then be pushed into the world title picture.
