The post-Survivor Series RAW kicked off with Seth Rollins doing a Town Hall session with the entire roster of the Red brand. Although the fans thought that The Architect would motivate the Superstars, he went on to humiliate them for their performance and worsened the situation. Eventually, everyone would leave the ringside area and Seth Rollins ended up eating a Stunner from Kevin Owens. It set up a match between the two on tonight's main event which Owens won following an interference from the Authors of Pain.
Rusev, who was served with a restraining order from Lana and Bobby Lashley previously, got some retribution on the show as he decimated The Almighty. RAW also featured the return of Matt Hardy after several weeks of hiatus but he would suffer a loss at the hands of Buddy Murphy.
AJ Styles was supposed to defend the WWE United States Championship against Humberto Carrillo on the show but The O.C. took him out before the match. It led to a fatal four-way match between Rey Mysterio, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton to crown the new contender for the title, which Mysterio would win. Styles and the former World Heavyweight Champion put on an instant classic matchup on RAW and owing to the interference of The Viper, Rey Mysterio pinned The Phenomenal One to win the WWE United States Championship for the second time in his career.
Charlotte Flair and Asuka wrestled in another match-of-the-night category bout. Once again, the green mist paved the way for The Empress to pick up the win.
This week's RAW had all the elements that a post-PPV show requires and it delivered accordingly. WWE Superstars, alongside the WWE Universe, tweeted about the show throughout the night and here are some of the reactions that highlight the best moments from the episode.
