WWE / Indie News: Two of the Impractical Jokers will join the Jericho Cruise
A little more comedy is added to the stacked lineup...
What's the story?
On Monday afternoon, WWE veteran Chris Jericho announced the latest to join the Rock 'N' Wrestling Rager At Sea cruise via Instagram and Twitter. They are none other than one-half of the popular TruTV comedy show Impractical Jokers, Sal Vulcano and Brian Quinn.
In case you didn't know...
Impractical Jokers is a hidden camera reality comedy series that stars four real-life friends going back to high school.
They challenge one another to do public pranks and if they cannot perform the prank, they get a loss and the Joker with the most losses at the end of the show endures a punishment that they cannot back out of.
The series started in 2011 with a total of 188 regular episodes and specials throughout a total of seven seasons.
They are currently in the middle of season seven; which will conclude in November of this year.
The heart of the matter...
Take a look at Jericho's Instagram post from Monday afternoon below:
Sal and Q will join Ron Funches, Brad Williams, and Craig Gass as the comedians that will entertain the guests who join the cruise.
In addition to Fozzy, it was previously announced that Corey Taylor of Slipknot and Stone Sour would join the musicians performing the cruise as well.
Of course, there is wrestling in addition to the comedy and rock entertainment on the cruise. There will be a Sea Of Honor tournament, and some of the wrestlers who will join the cruise include Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Cody & Brandi Rhodes, Jay Lethal, Marty Scrull, and Deonna Purrazzo.
Jericho serves as the Master of Ceremonies; while Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler will be the hosts of the cruise.
Stay tuned to Sportskeeda for the latest announcements on Jericho's cruise. The event takes place from October 27th to the 31st leaving Miami, Florida and heading to the Bahamas. Further information can be found at the official website.
Sal and Q are a tremendous addition to the comedy side of things for Jericho's cruise. I've been a long-time fan of Impractical Jokers and am actually going to see the four guys perform live next month.
