WWE star speculates King Barrett's next destination if he leaves WWE

Barrett is reportedly unhappy with his current standing in the WWE

According to ProWrestlingSheet, Stuart Bennett aka Wade Barrett is ready to severe ties with WWE and look for work at greener pastures, with the British star supposedly notifying WWE officials that he won’t be signing a new deal with the franchise when his current contract expires in June.

Rumour has it that the 35-year-old is unhappy with how things have turned out for him at WWE, and is confident of receiving better options with other promotions.

Barrett’s long-standing rival Ryback has wasted no time in making light of the situation and took to his official Twitter account to comment on the former’s position. Ryback even called ‘dibs’ on which move is Barrett’s best, with Wasteland and the spinning Mule Kick being the top contenders.

If the rumours turn out to be true and King Barrett does indeed leave WWE, then it’ll be the end of an enviable career, as the wrestler is not only known for winning the debut season of NXT – the times when it was a reality show – but also for his other feats including five WWE Intercontinental Championships, one Slammy Award for the Shocker of the Year during his days of being the leader of Nexus, and one King of the Ring while associated with the franchise.
