Like it or not,Roman Reigns is the new Universal champion. The one thing that all fans will agree upon is that the Universal championship will be seen more regularly in the WWE programming. The title had been barely defended under Lesnar's reign.

Roman winning the title has opened up a plethora of options for the WWE Creative. Reigns defended his championship on the RAW after Summerslam against Finn Balor, who wasn't even considered as a credible contender while Lesnar was champion. Roman will have to consistently defend the title to back up all his claims of being a fighting champion if he won, which gives us more championship matches to enjoy.
