#2 Seth Rollins takes the fall

Seth Rollins may take the fall to protect Brock Lesnar (and Roman Reigns).

Brock Lesnar is not undefeated since returning to WWE in 2012, but his defeats are few and largely protected.

His first two losses, to John Cena and Triple H, were both in no DQ situations in which the stipulation figured prominently into finishing him off.

Later, it was only through Money in the Bank shenanigans that he dropped the WWE Championship to Seth Rollins, only in a carefully constructed swerve that he lost a match to The Undertaker, and only with a significant distraction that he dropped the Universal title to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2018.

It’s possible that Lesnar could take a fall, conceivably on his way out of WWE. However, there’s enough invested in the Beast Incarnate, and projecting him as WWE’s ultimate monster heel that, if WWE has an out, it will likely take it.

In a three-way match, the odds are Seth Rollins would take the fall, and we would likely as not see Lesnar get a one on one rematch with Lesnar in the too distant future to blow off their rivalry for good.
