When is WWE Night of Champions 2025?

WWE Night of Champions 2025 is the next up on this year's Premium Live Event schedule. The PLE was previously part of WWE's regular calendar until 2015, after which it was removed from the list. The Triple H regime reintroduced it in 2023 when it took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In 2025, the company is once again set to hold this PLE. One of the major queries among fans is: when is WWE Night of Champions 2025? This year, NoC is set to take place on June 28.

This international show will be telecast live from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The reason why Night of Champions has become the talk of the town is due to the opening segment of RAW after Money in the Bank. John Cena made his appearance on the show as the Undisputed WWE Champion.

The Franchise Player mocked the crowd, noting that he had defeated Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and other superstars whom the fans cheered. Now, the "Last Real Champion" demanded some real competition, and he was suddenly confronted by CM Punk.

The Voice of the Voiceless dropped many past references, and this ended with Punk challenging Cena to a title bout. He left the details up to Cena but made it clear that he was ready to take The Franchise Player on, even on tonight's RAW.

Cena accepted the challenge, but not for Monday Night RAW. Instead, the Undisputed Champion confirmed that it would take place at Night of Champions 2025. With this announcement, fans are eager for NoC and can't wait to witness another showdown between Punk and Cena.

What else is set to take place at WWE Night of Champions 2025

Aside from John Cena vs. CM Punk for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Night of Champions will host the finals of two massive tournaments. The company has announced that the finals of King of the Ring will take place on this PLE, with the winner getting a World title shot at SummerSlam 2025.

Additionally, the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament are also slated to take place at Night of Champions. The winner of this bout will get a title shot for the Women's World title at the Biggest Party of the Summer, too.

The stakes are already higher for the upcoming PLE. It will be interesting to see who will emerge as the winner in both the tournament finals, as it sets the course for SummerSlam.
