Who Paul Heyman should unveil as his newest client & shock the WWE Universe

Hey
Heyman should introduce his next client at WrestleMania 34

Love him or hate him, one can't deny that Paul Heyman is one of the greatest managers of all time, and one of the absolute best in the world, on the mic.

With Brock Lesnar likely to leave the WWE after WrestleMania 34 and make his return to the UFC, where does that leave the mastermind that is Paul Heyman?

New client

Any Superstar who partners with Paul Heyman benefits from this pairing immensely. Whether it is Brock Lesnar or CM Punk, Heyman has that secret recipe which really elevates any Superstar who he manages, and takes their career to the next level.

Without a doubt, Heyman is better suited at being a heel and this is something which the WWE should not change. He is a man who the WWE Universe loves to hate, and this is perhaps one of the key characteristics of the man which makes him so entertaining.

Let's face it - have you ever watched a Paul Heyman segment and gotten bored?

It would, therefore, make sense to partner Heyman with a new Superstar who is currently a heel, or who needs to go heel in a dramatic way.

And who better than Roman Reigns.

How should the WWE go about this?

An absolute shocker at this year's WrestleMania would be for Paul Heyman to stab Brock Lesnar in the back and help Roman Reigns win the title, effectively aligning himself with The Big Dog and giving him the much-needed heel turn he requires.

The Big Dog has been the recipient of a lot of hatred and negativity from the WWE Universe, and is expected to go over Lesnar and slay The Beast to win The Universal Championship, something which has been planned pretty much from the start of Reigns' solo career,

Who can forget the reception he received on the Raw after WrestleMania 33 after beating The Undertaker and seemingly retiring The Deadman?

Yet, the WWE have persisted with trying to position Reigns as a babyface, someone for the WWE Universe to get behind and cheer for as their hero, and this is a plot that has not been working.

Enter Paul Heyman

Heyman has the ability to bring out the best in any superstar, but he undoubtedly does his best work with a heel. With the WWE Universe already treating Reigns as a heel, even cheering when he gets beaten down for Brock Lesnar, the WWE could use this as the ideal time to give Reigns a much-needed heel run.

Heyman will help Reigns embrace his run as a heel to its fullest potential and take his career to the next level. It's clear, and has been clear for quite a while now, that Roman Reigns is not going to be successful as a babyface - at least not at this point in time. However, a heel run would allow him to reinvent himself, and even become something of an anti-hero.

Anything would be better than the way the WWE have currently positioned him.

In addition to this, it would set up an exciting feud between him and the returning Bobby Lashley. With Lashley's return to the WWE now imminent, it is rumoured that the WWE had plans for him to feud with Lesnar (if he is still around) or Roman Reigns.

There is no doubt that Lashley would be the babyface in a feud with Reigns, so making Reigns go heel at WrestleMania makes a lot of sense.

Heyman should help Reigns win The Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34. It would give the event the shock element for the night, keep Heyman in the WWE in an active role and give Reigns the opportunity to embrace the role of a heel.

It would also give Reigns somewhat of a "dirty" win, which would create an even bigger impression of him as a heel, and could be used as something to exploit during segments with whoever he defends his title against.

Of course, Heyman would be there to explain it away and build up Reigns as being a dominant force who can rip through anybody, which further supports the need for Heyman to be a part of this heel turn.
