Following the Intercontinental Championship match was a tough job to do but Charlotte and Asuka made it work. This was a stiff and dexterous match, filled with great psychology, storytelling, and intensity that the Women's division had not shown for a long time.

Asuka is at her best when someone is capable enough to meet her intensity in the ring and Charlotte was more than up for the challenge.

Charlotte won with a breathtaking Spanish Fly off the top rope. Following a huge spear and the Figure 8 leg lock to produce a surprising tap out from Asuka. I love how Charlotte had to go out of her way to win the match, it made everything look Important.
