Wrestlemania 35 is going to be Kurt Angle's last match in professional wrestling. A few weeks ago, Angle addressed his in-ring future, deciding to hang up the boots after WrestleMania on April 7.

The talking point about the farewell has been the choice of opponent for the former Olympic gold medallist. Angle revealed on RAW that he will be facing Baron Corbin, of all people, in his retirement match. The live crowd on the night in Chicago made their displeasure known and there was disbelief on social media as well.

Kurt Angle is a legend in the professional wrestling business and has literally sacrificed his body for something he loves to do. It would be unwise on WWE's part to pit him against a wrestler of Corbin's status. John Cena had been doing the rounds as Angle's opponent before the Corbin announcement took place. Cena would be the best possible choice given Angle was his first ever opponent in WWE.
