#2 Less focus on the match

As said in the previous slide, the show is going to feature at least 17 matches. 3 of these matches are high profile title feuds and a match between the ex Evolution stablemates, and each program is over with the WWE Universe. Reigns and McIntyre are no mid-carders, their match deserves much more recognition if not headlining the event.

Thus, getting a main-event caliber match crunched among these many matches isn't a good idea.

Their first singles encounter on PPV should be saved for a better time and shouldn't be wasted here.

#1 They can light up the IC title match

At the moment of writing this article, there's no official match set for the IC title. There aren't even any rumors about who is going to face Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania. If the Demon vs the Undertaker doesn't work out, then by default Lashley vs Balor happens at WrestleMania.

But if the match between Reigns and McIntyre is scrapped and they both are added to the Intercontinental title match, then the match automatically gets a star power boost, which is certainly more interesting than Balor vs Lashley for the umpteenth time. Also, as discussed previously, it frees up some much needed time and also allows Balor to do his Demon King act.
