Brock Lesnar's Universal Title reign has done more harm than good, as the Universal Title was introduced on Raw for one reason, and that reason was to fill the vacant place of the WWE Championship that moved to SmackDown Live in the 2016 WWE brand split.

It is hard to say whether the Universal Title has filled any gaps on Raw, as WWE has never given the title any prestige, respect or memorable moments that defined its presence.

Brock Lesnar being a champion that hardly shows up on Raw is truly detrimental to the brand, the title, and the product, so the only solution to this problem is Seth Rollins capturing the Universal Title.

One unconventional way Rollins can beat Lesnar is with help from an unlikely source, and that source is Rollins' longtime associates, The Authority.

If you recall a promo that took place on Raw a few months ago with Triple H and Seth Rollins, Triple H fired up Rollins in that promo to the point where it seemed as if the COO was rooting for Seth to be the man that beats Brock at WrestleMania.

While The Authority coming out to the ring and assisting Seth Rollins in becoming the new Universal Champion seems highly unlikely, the reasoning for them doing so makes perfect sense.

Their reasons for doing this could be as follows - getting rid of Lesnar as the Universal Champion means that they are trying to fix the mess that is Monday Night Raw, as a full-time Universal Champion would imply that Raw can reestablish itself. Furthermore, Triple H is willing to do anything that is best for business.
