The Hardy Boyz were involved in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 35. But they faced SmackDown Tag Team Champions on SmackDown.

They defeated The Usos to become the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions after the match they were attacked by the new NXT debutant Lars Sullivan.

But the title change was still very unexpected, normally one or two title changes happen on Raw and SmackDown after WrestleMania. This year The Hardy Boyz became champions.

#2 The Undertaker returned to interrupt Elias

The Undertaker was rumored to be in New York and many fans expected The Deadman to appear at WrestleMania 35 in some capacity but he didn't make an appearance at all.

Instead, he returned on Raw after WrestleMania 35 to confront Elias. Undertaker hit Elias with a big boot, a chokeslam and a final tombstone.

This appearance was a complete surprise to the fans watching the event. There are rumors that he might begin a one-off feud with Elias for the Saudi Arabia show in June.

WrestleMania 35 could have been one of the most unexpected WrestleMania's ever. As all the top babyfaces won their respective title matches on the show.

Becky Lynch became the Undisputed Women's Champion by defeating Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey and SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair.

Seth Rollins conquered Brock Lesnar to become the new Universal Champion and Kofi Kingston defeated Daniel Bryan to become WWE Champion.
