Otis and Mandy Rose had been flirting on Smackdown for several weeks before they were scheduled to go on a date on Valentine's Day. A mysterious text was then sent from Mandy Rose's phone telling Otis that Mandy was going to be a little late. While Otis wasn't there, Dolph Ziggler managed to swoop in and steal Otis's date.
Otis still has not managed to get revenge on Dolph Ziggler for stealing his girl. Every time Heavy Machinery has gotten inside the ring with Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, they have fallen short. The WWE Universe is invested in seeing Otis get payback on Dolph Ziggler, and the best way for that to happen would be for both teams to have a tag team match on the kickoff show.
However, because Mandy Rose has been so involved in this rivalry, she should be the special guest referee and pick Otis over Dolph Ziggler by helping Heavy Machinery win.
