Tony Nese and Isaiah "Swerve" Scott went at it next, with the NXT star managing to avoid quite a bit of the Premier Athlete's offense for a headscissors and a flying uppercut from the top rope. Scott went for a suplex, but Nese dropped to the knees, blocking the maneuver. Scott ran off the ropes and was dropped face first when Nese followed, sliding outside and tripping him up.

Scott quickly recovered and hit a twisting rope-assisted moonsault when Nese rolled inside. Nese kicked out and made it to his corner where Angel Garza tagged in. The Breakout Tournament competitors came to blows, with Garza connecting with a superkick to the seated Scott. Garza trapped him in the Camel Clutch as we went to the back.

Akira Tozawa, The Brian Kendrick, and Gentleman Jack Gallagher were seen arguing backstage about the issues the three men have had over the past few weeks. Kendrick said that he and Gallagher should settle it in the ring next week.

As we returned, Tony Nese had tagged in and held Scott on the matt with a bodyscissors. Nese tagged Garza in, and Scott was able to send Nese outside and avoid a dive from Garza. However, a distraction from Daivari allowed Garza to yank the apron out from under his feet, sending Scott crashing down face first.

Daivari then tagged in, bringing Scott into the neutral corner for a series of strikes. Back in Gulak's corner, the Cruiserweight Champion tagged in, trying to work over Scott with some joint manipulation, focusing on his right wrist.

Scott tried to fight towards his corner but was stopped with ease by Gulak. Garza tagged back in, trapping Scott in an abdominal stretch with a hammerlock. Swerve finally managed to break away, sending Garza across the ring with a hip toss. Garza made it back to his feet, and the two men traded chops.

Garza backstepped, dodging a chop and placing a superkick right on Scott's jaw. Scott responded with a rolling lariat. As both men went to their corners, Garza tagged Nese while the Premier Athlete ran through Scott. A German into the corner set up the Running Nese. However, just as he went for it, Lorcan tagged in, saving Scott.

The two men brawled back and forth, leading to a sunset driver attempt from Nese. Lorcan countered and dropped Nese face first with the Half-and-Half suplex.

Fourth Elimination: Oney Lorcan defeated Tony Nese via pinfall.

Garza came in to step up to the Star Destroyer. Lorcan tagged in Carrillo instead, Carrillo tripped up Garza and connected with a standing moonsault. Scott came in next, leading to a double arm drag with cartwheels and stereo superkicks.

Gulak tried to attack Scott, but it didn't work, with "Swerve Stomp" taking out Gulak on the apron. Garza attempted to roll up Scott but was countered with a running sidekick. Knocking Gulak and Daivari out with a pair of double stomps, Swerve connected with a third to Garza. However, Gulak broke up the pinfall.

Gulak tagged in, and thanks to a distraction from Daivari, put away his former student with the Cyclone Crash.

Fifth Elimination: Drew Gulak defeated Isaiah Scott via pinfall.

Carrillo stepped up, with Garza trying to beg for his cousin's forgiveness. This led to a cheap shot, allowing him to get a better of a striking trade. Garza rolled outside and ducked a baseball slide. Carrillo ran at him, leading to him landing on the apron standing on his hands. Garza ended the showboating with a superkick.

Back inside, Ariya Daivari tagged in, relishing in the opportunity to beat down Carrillo. Carrillo broke out of the hold, only to be leveled by a massive lariat as he bounced off the ropes. Somehow, he kicked out, leading to a tag from Gulak.

Gulak locked in the Camel Clutch, all the while staring down Oney Lorcan. Carrillo broke out but was bulldozed by the Cruiserweight Champion, who picked up a near fall. Garza tagged in and lit up Carrillo's chest with chops. Carrillo avoided an attack from Garza, but as he bounced off the ropes, the two cousins collided with crossbodies. Garza and Carrillo tagged in Gulak and Lorcan.

Lorcan left all three of his opponents in the corners, attacking them with running uppercuts. Gulak was sent outside as Lorcan laid out Daivari and Garza with a double running blockbuster. The suicide dive to Gulak sent the champion over the table. Daivari and Garza tried to break it up, but the Bruiser held his own in the three-on-one battle.

Drew Gulak took the opportunity to beat Lorcan with a steel chair, eliminating himself from the match. He followed Lorcan around the ring, pelting him with vicious chair shots.

Sixth Elimination: Drew Gulak was disqualified.

Carrillo managed to tag himself in as Lorcan attempted to recover on the floor. He took on Daivari, who distracted the referee while Garza crotched his cousin on the top rope. Daivari sent him crashing to the mat and left Carrillo hung up in the corner for a dropkick to the knee from Garza.

Carrillo kicked out of Garza's pinfall just before three. Garza sent him into the ropes, but Carrillo responded with a springboard crossbody headbutt. Lorcan made it back to the apron here, just in time for a tag. Daivari tagged in as well and was met by a series of chops and uppercuts. Running uppercuts from Lorcan left Daivari battered in the corner.

A third running uppercut was stopped dead in Lorcan's tracks with a superkick. The Persian Lion Splash was attempted, but Lorcan rolled away. The Half-and-Half was blocked, and Daivari went for the Hammerlock Lariat. Lorcan countered with a roll-up, eliminating Daivari.

Seventh Elimination: Oney Lorcan defeated Ariya Daivari via pinfall.

Carrillo tagged in, with Garza countering his springboard arm drag by dropping him face-first on the mat. Attempting to use the ropes, the referee stopped Garza's pin just before the three count. Arguing with the ref left him open, and Carrillo rolled him up for a two-count.

Garza sent Carrillo over the ropes onto the apron. The two traded slaps, with Carrillo getting the better part of the trade. As he went for a crossbody, a standing dropkick from Garza caught him right in the stomach. A rope-assisted reverse suplex and a dropkick from Garza nearly ended Carrillo's night, but he just managed to break out.

Carrillo avoided a second rope moonsault. Garza chased him onto the apron where the two traded kicks. Carrillo sent Garza stumbling to the middle of the ring where he connected with the missile dropkick. The twisting moonsault ended the night, leaving both Carrillo and Oney Lorcan as survivors.

Eighth Elimination: Humberto Carrillo defeated Angel Garza via pinfall.

Lorcan and Carrillo celebrated as the night ended, leaving Drew Gulak with two possible contenders.
