Lio Rush & Raul Mendoza vs Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari

A sneak attack from the Premier Athlete saw he and Daivari take out Mendoza and the Cruiserweight Champion. Lio Rush leveled Nese with a kick while Mendoza dropped Daivari with a dropkick.

Mendoza and Daivari were the legal men, and Mendoza worked over the Persian Lion's arm. Daivari was kept in his opponent's corner, where Rush & Mendoza tagged in and out to tear his left arm out of his socket.

Rush earned a two-count with a running frog splash. A roll-up leading to the ropes allowed Nese to tag in and Daivari to level the Champ of the Hour with a clothesline on the outside. The villains moved in and out, keeping each other fresh while completely cutting Rush off from his tag team partner.

After minutes of punishment, Rush managed to make his way to Mendoza, who lit up Nese with an enziguri and a lifted spinning neckbreaker. Following a springboard moonsault, he went for the pin. Daivari broke it up just in time.

Mendoza wasn't on top for long, though, as a two-on-one assault left him crumbled by the barricade. Daivari and Nese brought Mendoza up for a stalling double suplex. Nese attacked Rush before Mendoza could make a tag, and with Daivari, continued to torture Mendoza.

Eventually, Mendoza escaped to his corner, finally tagging in Rush. Rush knocked Nese off the apron with a handspring kick and rocked Daivari with a spinning roundhouse to the jaw. Moving up for the Final Hour, Daivari cut Rush off and took him down with a second rope superplex.

Nese and Daivari almost ended Rush's night with a superkick/sit-out powerslam combo. Daivari broke up the pin, allowing Mendoza and Rush to send Daivari to the outside. Nese was unable to fight of both men. Rush stunned Nese with the Come Up, and Mendoza planted him with a spin-out belly-to-belly suplex.

Mendoza was dropped mid flight with a rolling palm strike. The 450 Splash missed, and he was left in the middle of the ring for Rush, who tagged in and connected with the Final Hour.

Results: Lio Rush & Raul Mendoza defeated Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari

Mendoza and Rush proved to be a pretty exciting tag team, and their speed was simply too much for Nese and Daivari to overcome.
