'Be a Star' is an initiative by the company to prevent bullying. It has been observed over the years that kids in the US suffered from the problem of being bullied by their peers and it is to end this practice that the company came up with such an idea.

The objective is to drive home that every individual is a STAR in his chosen field and there is no point in bullying the other individual.
