Ever since Kevin Owens lost the Universal Championship to Goldberg, the division has seen only a handful of competitors step up to the plate and challenge The Beast. But if the division does become more competitive, as has been mentioned on the previous page, new names could potentially challenge Rollins. I will try and list a few names here.
The first name that comes to mind is Drew McIntyre. McIntyre has been pushed hard since he returned to the company, and he's delivered on every occasion. So much so that he is likely to contest with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, and that's a spot that only a chosen few get.
I can absolutely imagine AJ Styles coming to RAW after the Superstar Shake-Up and making this his brand, considering he's done everything and more on SmackDown Live. Maybe the likes of Baron Corbin could also step up to the plate.
