Laurinaitis found himself in the ring more than out of the ring

Laurinaitis served as Raw General Manager from 2011 to a greater part of 2012. He found himself in hot water as he antagonised most the roster but his main focus was on CM Punk and John Cena during his term. He ended up feuding with Teddy Long for a spell as well which culminated at WrestleMania XXVIII which saw Team Hohnny take on Team Teddy. His run on Raw continued until McMahon fired him in 2012. He received a beating courtesy of John Cena and received three Attitude Adjustments and got locked in an STF, which made the smarmy General Manager tap out. It was a long time coming and fans were happy to see Laurinaitis get what he deserved for so long.
