WWE Rumours: AJ Styles to beat John Cena at MITB?

The Club standing strong

This year’s Money in the Bank is set to be an awesome event. With two WrestleMania main event worthy matches on the card, this can rank amongst the best Money in the Bank pay-per-views of all time.

One of those two matches includes the epic clash between 15-time WWE World Champion John Cena and the Phenomenal AJ Styles. The rivalry between the two all-time great wrestlers started when Cena made his Memorial Day RAW return.

AJ came out to welcome him back, eventually turned on him and aligned himself with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, The Club.

This week on RAW, Cena manipulated AJ Styles to sign a contract for their upcoming match at Sunday’s pay-per-view, and now it is confirmed that The Club will be banned from ringside.

Despite this stipulation, several wrestling fans hope that Cena will be defeated by Styles in this match. Allwrestlingnews.com reveals that there is indeed some discussions going on, to make AJ Styles victorious. Whether AJ will get a clean victory over Cena though, is yet to be disclosed.

There are also rumors which indicate that the former NXT Champion Finn Balor will be making his WWE main roster debut this Sunday at Money in the Bank. If he actually shows up at the pay-per-view, then it may be to assist AJ Styles to a victory over John Cena.
