#3. Paul Heyman influences the outcome to ensure that Roman Reigns retains his Universal title at WWE Clash of Champions

One of the most unexpected moments in Roman Reigns' entire WWE career has been aligning with Paul Heyman on SmackDown.

Paul Heyman doesn't mind rendering his services to Roman Reigns, who was a prime opponent of Brock Lesnar not too long ago. Heyman feels honored that Reigns pulled him out of obscurity when WWE had cast him away from the company. So it's practically Heyman's job to make sure that Roman Reigns stays at the top of WWE SmackDown for as long as possible.

If there is one peculiar thing about Roman Reigns since he returned, it is that The Big Dog has resorted to petty shenanigans like low-blows, with the prime example being the low blow he delivered to The Fiend at WWE Payback. So it is not entirely out of the question that Reigns could do the same to Jey Uso if his cousin exceeds expectations and becomes an overwhelming threat to The Big Dog's Universal title reign.

Paul Heyman could distract the referee at WWE Clash of Champions, which may allow Reigns to take advantage of the situation.

Heyman's presence is something that Jey Uso isn't particularly fond of, and if the match at this Sunday's event is influenced by The Tribal Chief's special counsel, it would definitely propel Reigns as one of the most nefarious heels on the Blue Brand.
