There's also the likelihood that Heyman being fired was fabricated for Lesnar's benefit and now, The Beast will be double-crossed at WWE Day 1.
If Heyman appears in The Beast's corner before turning his back on him and returning as the Special Counsel to Reigns? That could be enough to cost him the match.
There are rumors that this will set up another showdown between the two stars at WrestleMania, with Heyman remaining a huge part of the storyline.
With all that being said, it appears highly unlikely that Roman Reigns will be dropping his Universal Championship to Brock Lesnar this weekend.
