The next scenario could be considered lame by some, but not outside the realm of possibilities.

The WWE could pull a swerve by giving the WWE Universe a straight up match where we could see Shane McMahon and The Miz defeat The Usos cleanly. No strings attached. No outside interference. No shenanigans. How about a good, clean victory in The Miz's backyard? The crowd will be solidly behind "The Must See" former WWE Champion after all.

Could you imagine the moment Miz would have by regaining the SmackDown Live Tag Team Champion in front of his wife, his daughter, and of course, the man he wishes to make proud and to honour; his father! With Shane O'Mac at his side and just as motivated to regain the titles, I would not be too surprised to see this type of finish take place.

One could question where would the WWE go with this? I believe you could have The Miz and Shane McMahon capture the titles, then book a special Tag Team Gauntlet match for WrestleMania, where you could have Shane and The Miz run through all the SmackDown Live Tag Teams (or even a few random pairings, mind you, for added sizzle to the steak) as a way to test the endurance and the will of the best tag team in the world. Could you imagine if The Miz and Shane McMahon were to defeat all the SmackDown Live Tag Teams in one night from start to finish?

That would truly be a feat beyond belief. Yet a match that we wouldn't mind seeing as a means to give Shane McMahon and The Miz their own special WrestleMania moment at MetLife Stadium.
