Of course, that's not always the case, and Ricochet and Aleister Black in the tag team division is a perfect example of that. In fact, it might be some of the best booking WWE has done with NXT talent in a long time.

Not only is that evident by the way fans have already responded to the two as a pair, but also by how much traction they have gained in the tag team division.

Beyond all that, WWE is booking the team like they matter and has even positioned them into Tag team title picture for good measure.

With that being said, however, WWE needs to follow through on all this great booking and actually hand Aleister Black and Ricochet the tag team titles at Fastlane!

If nothing else, it might be enough to help The WWE Universe start to trust the company's booking decisions when it comes to NXT talent again and will be a huge benchmark for the pair.

Interestingly enough, WWE has already turned the match into a three-way dance between The Revival, Ricochet and Aleister Black and Chad Gable and Bobby Roode, which gives the company an out if they want to protect one of the other team!

In the end, it would be a step forward, gain a huge pop from fans and might even be the start of something big!
