Not only is it October, which is Halloween month, and consequently 'horror' month, the concept of 'Hell in a Cell' just seems like it is congruous with The Fiend, and to not feature him at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 just seems like an oversight. So while The Fiend has not been advertised for WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 yet, he should show up in some capacity, possibly in the Orton vs. McIntyre match, hopefully with Alexa Bliss in tow.
Another angle that could be explored at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 is the possibility of The Fiend going after Jeff Hardy in some way because that is a feud that many have wanted to see for a long time. Whatever the case may be, Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss should appear in some fashion at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020. Neither performer honestly has to wrestle on the show, but they can make a big impact regardless.
