The storyline between Otis and The Miz is one that has lasted for months on SmackDown and is now straddling across both The Blue Brand and RAW since the WWE Draft. Building up to this match, The Miz has been doing anything that he can to get to Otis - including getting Mandy Rose moved away from him to RAW.

Over the past few weeks, The Miz has served Otis with legal documents to get the Money in the Bank contract away from him. The storyline has even involved a court segment, a parody of Law and Order, dubbed "Law and Otis", where the current Mr. Money in the Bank defended himself against The Miz, who had John Morrison by his side.

The Miz and Otis will face off for the contract at WWE Hell in a Cell. The move that makes the most sense at the moment is The Miz taking the win. Otis has had a fun run with the Money in the Bank contract, but it almost seems like an afterthought. The Miz becoming the new Money in the Bank contract holder is a great way to move the briefcase to WWE RAW and add a new twist to the storyline.

As well as this, there have been a few hints towards a rivalry between The Miz and John Morrison. Tucker noticed that Morrison's name was missing from the lawsuit, so this could be the potential next step in the storyline.
