WWE Hell in a Cell 2016 date, place, tickets and match card

Brace yourself

We are just a week away from this year’s edition of the ‘Hell in a Cell’ Pay-per-view. The match card looks so promising that almost every bout has the potential to be a show-stealer.

This PPV is often regarded as the most physically challenging PPV in the WWE calendar. Hell in a Cell is the most destructive structure where careers are shattered, stars are made, new champions are crowned, and new eras in WWE begin.

Taking part in a ‘Hell in a Cell’ match in itself would be enough to glorify a superstar’s wrestling career. Such is the aura associated with this annual blockbuster PPV.

This is the first ‘Hell in Cell’ event after the WWE brand split. Another interesting thing here is that this year ‘Hell in a Cell’ will be a RAW exclusive PPV which means that stars like Randy Orton, John Cena and Bray Wyatt will be missed.

There are several reasons for one to tune into Hell in a Cell this year. Three Hell in a Cell matches on the same night, the first time women lock horns inside the Cell and much more!

With all of this said, let us try to know some details about this event as the day is fast approaching. Let us have a look at the details like Date, Place, Tickets and What to Watch regarding Hell in a Cell PPV-

Date and Place: Sunday, 30th October 2016, at TD Gardens Arena in Boston, Massachusetts

TD Garden will be hosting Hell in a Cell this year

The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 30th October 2016. The reserved time slot for the show is 3 hours. Last year there was also a slot for the pre-show, but this time, no such announcement in this regard was made so far.

The biggest attraction to the PPV is the blockbuster Hell in a Cell matches that make and break careers. The live action will begin at 8E/5P (8 PM in New York (Eastern Time Zone) and 5 PM in Los Angeles (Pacific Time Zone)).

This year’s Hell in a Cell will take place at the TD Gardens Arena in Boston, Massachusetts.

Tickets and prices: $25-$500

Seating chart- TD Garden

The sale of tickets for ‘Hell in a Cell’ is open. This stadium has a capacity of 17,565, and the WWE team would love to have a 100% attendance for their PPVs, especially after the brand split.

Tickets are available in the range of $25.00 - $500.00. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com, and a maximum of 8 tickets can be booked at once for a booking.

There are four categories of tickets issued-Floor, Loge, Club and Balcony. Floor tickets include all the seats close to the ring followed by Loge and Club. The sale to general public opened on 26th August 2016.

Match card and where to watch

The bout we are waiting for!

The show will be broadcasted on several online platforms. Officially, HIAC is listed on the WWE Network and will be available on pay-per view. Several other platforms also broadcast the show. You can also watch it on Ten Sports.

Have a look at the Match Card for the event-

There are six matches announced on the card:

-Roman Reigns vs. Rusev: US title match

-TJ Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick: Cruiserweight title match

-Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte: RAW Women’s title match

-Cesaro/Sheamus vs. The New Day: Tag titles match

-Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins: WWE Universal Championship match

- Enzo & Big Cass vs. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson

The best part of WWE RAW these days is the storyline between Roman Reigns and Rusev for the US title. The rivalry between these two men has turned into a very bitter one, and none of them could stand each other.

The inclusion of the US title into the mix and making it a match inside ‘Hell in a Cell’ added more beauty to this match. Two of the best physical workers in the squared circle facing off inside the dangerous ‘Hell in a Cell’ is set to draw millions of eyes towards this match.

The same goes with the match between Sasha and Charlotte and the success of the PPV hugely depends on these two matches more than the main-event.

However, the main event could blow the roof off the TD Garden arena if Triple H makes an appearance, which is anticipated.
