The backstory

When one talks about the biggest and most intimidating behemoths in the history of WWE, Brock Lesnar's name is bound to come up. Another name that comes up usually is The Great Khali. Although he was relegated to the mid-card and was turned into a jobber during the latter part of his career, Khali was one of the most dangerous Superstars in WWE during his initial run.

The Indian Giant debuted after WrestleMania 22 and attacked a helpless Undertaker in the process. Khali went on to defeat The Deadman at Judgment Day 2006. He even won the World Title once during his WWE run.

Khali came to WWE around 2 years after Brock Lesnar's departure. By the time Brock Lesnar came back to WWE in 2012, Khali had lost his spot in the main event picture. Although he was never known for his in-ring skills, there were a handful of fans who clamored for these two absolute units to go at it inside the squared circle.

Last year, the 7-foot giant was brought back to WWE for The Greatest Royal Rumble. He entered in at #45, and lasted less than a minute, as he was eliminated by Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman. WWE Superstars were treated to a Royal dinner by the Saudi Kingdom during the tour.

A rare picture has surfaced from the evening, showing Brock Lesnar and The Great Khali posing for a photo together. It's safe to assume that this is the only time the two Superstars have been clicked together. It's strange to see someone tower over Brock Lesnar, but that's exactly what you will witness in the photo below:

The aftermath

Khali wasn't seen in WWE after this one-off appearance. Brock, on the other hand, remained a mainstay on the main roster and currently holds the Money in the Bank briefcase.
