What’s the story?

WWE superstar Chris Jericho has confirmed the news—via his official Twitter account—that former ROH TV Champion and Bullet Club member Marty Scurll has been confirmed to appear at Jericho’s 2018 mega event The Cruise of Jericho.

In case you didn’t know…

Marty Scurll is one of the top British wrestlers on the planet right now who is currently signed with American wrestling promotion Ring of Honor. Scurll is a former ROH Television Champion and is a well-renowned superstar in the Independent scene; he has also formerly held the PROGRESS Wrestling Title in the past.

Meanwhile, former WWE World Champion Chris Jericho will host the inaugural Chris Jericho Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea, in 2018. It is an event that will kick start on October 27 and will be a five-day cruise from Miami to the Bahamas.

The heart of the matter

Earlier this week WWE superstar Chris Jericho revealed that Bullet Club members The Young Bucks have been added to his mega event, called 'the Cruise of Jericho' in 2018. And last night, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion confirmed that Matt and Nick Jackson’s Bullet Club stablemate “The Villain” Marty Scurll will also appear in the mega event next year.

Jericho confirmed the news on his social media when he posted that he is proud to announce that Scurll will be joining The Young Bucks on the Cruise of Jericho as the Bullet Club is all set to unite on the ship.

What’s next?

As of this writing, Marty Scurll will continue to focus on his ROH and NJPW career along with his faction the Bullet Club.

Chris Jericho, on the other hand, is currently taking time off from WWE and is focusing on his musical career with his rock band Fozzy and is also busy putting together The Cruise of Jericho, which promises to be a huge event come 2018.

Author’s Take

With the likes of DDP, Mick Foley, Rey Mysterio and many more WWE legends set to appear—along with The Bucks and “The Villain” at the Cruise of Jericho event, we can certainly hope that the Rock ‘n’ Roll Wrestling Rager at Sea is going to be a huge success next year.
