Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is currently engaged in a heated rivalry with ‘BIG’ Bronson Reed, and both are all set to settle their bad blood in a singles match at the Crown Jewel 2024 Premium Live Event.
For the past few months, Bronson Reed has been a huge headache for Adam Pearce; he has been brutalizing the entire roster and asserting his monstrous dominance. However, Seth Rollins, who was the first victim of the 36-year-old, made his shocking return and cost Reed's Last Monster Standing Match against Bron Strowman.
On last week’s episode of RAW, Rollins and Reed ended up brawling with each other, with Seth stomping The Aussie Superstar’s head on the car hood. Ultimately, the 38-year-old star was left out cold. The former NXT North American Champion stood tall after taking out The Visionary. In a promo, the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion revealed Reed tried ending his career.
There could be a huge possibility that CM Punk instructed Bronson Reed to destroy Seth Rollins and end his career. On the RAW after Bad Blood 2024, as Punk was about to leave the stage, Seth interrupted him, and both superstars had an intense face-off, teasing a potential feud, which is long overdue. Punk has been a phenomenal heel, and this could be the best way to turn him heel.
WWE veteran calls out Seth Rollins for his actions on RAW
Speaking on his podcast, Vince Russo called out Seth Rollins for throwing “baby punches” at Bronson Reed during their brawl. The wrestling veteran also mentioned Rollins’ actions made the 330-pound superstar look like a little girl.
"I swear man, if I am Bronson Reed, when I get in the back with freaking Seth Rollins, I am cutting the promo of all promos on him because what did he do bro? You made him look weak. ‘You’re out there, hitting me, punching me like a girl, therefore you made me look like a girl.’" [17:45 - 18:13]
It will be interesting to see what the Triple H-led creative team has in store for the Seth Rollins and Reed saga as their rivalry has reached its peak.
